How do I join Plant Food Perth?

Simply sign-up, choose your level of access and involvement and start enjoying organic and biodynamic produce within a week!

Where, when and how do I collect my produce?

Produce ordered that order week (Between Wednesday and Monday) is available for collection on the Tuesday following Monday’s close of orders between 3:30pm and 6:30pm from Nollomarra West Coast Steiner School. This is strictly for orders placed that week. All our produce (with the exception of some produce for sale on the day) is pre-purchased for that week only.

Simply come with your order name and number (and also credit card for purchases on the day). If you are collecting for someone else please bring their name and order number along with you.

How do I pay? / What forms of payments do you accept?

You can pay for your orders at the last stage of placing your order through the website.

We accept ONLY Visa or MasterCard debit or credit cards through our secure online gateway. We DO NOT accept cash, cheque or AMEX, sorry.

Do you deliver?

No. We do not deliver. This way we keep the cost of the produce order fee down for all members and non-members.

What happens if I cant make the pick-up?

Please arrange for someone else to collect your produce for you. We are unable to store your food and any produce left over at the close of pick-up is distributed amongst the volunteers of that week and unfortunately no refunds are given. Please see Forums Arrange Pick-Ups (only available to members).

ONLY in extreme circumstances and with notice (prior to 12pm Sunday of that weeks pick-up) can other arrangements be made with us.

How do I know what’s in my Fruit & Veg or Starch share order?

We try and accommodate a variety of produce in our shared and mixed boxes that the seasons allow and that provide both great variety and value for money with a focus on fruit.

We are unable to guarantee what will be in the share boxes each week due to both seasonal and order availability from our suppliers. For an idea what may appear please see Seasonal availability matrix for an idea of what’s typically available throughout the year or check out the photo’s from the previous week.

Can I defer my order?

Yes. You can defer your order by replying to the email received for your order (Subject: Plant Foods Perth Order # XXXX) before close of orders for that week (currently Thursday 10pm). We will not refund your order but rather defer your payment to the week you would like your order deferred to. Please when emailing us include the week in which you would like to defer your order to. Any request to defer your order after this time is not possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. You must notify us via reply email that you received for your order (Subject: Plant Foods Perth Order # XXXX) before close of orders that week (currently midnight Monday). We will refund your payment less a $5 cancellation fee. Cancelations after the time are not possible.
